A recent study that adults who ate a new small meals each day tend to better the quality of food consumption and have less of those who ate fewer meals and showed greater weight

The researchers said that people who eat fewer meals tend to eat late at night and drink alcoholic beverages with meals, both of which contribute to high body mass index have a measure of weight relative to height



The data showed that study participants who were eating less than four times during the 24-hour consumed an average of 2472 calories, whereas the participants who ate six or more times during the 24-hour consumed an average of 2129 calories
